Only three days left till Christmas. Yes, in Norway we celebrate Christmas on the 24th, not the 25th like in a lot of other countries. Spent the evening shopping with Elin, checking the final presents and to-do’s off the list. And believe it or not: I saw the crown princess today. Yes, the crown princess, the real one, in person. Hawt.
At the moment: Aero. Jean Michel Jarre’s Aero, of course. Great album with great moods, though I’m not a big fan of some of the new song versions, like Zoolookologie and Oxygene IV. But Chronologie VI? Amazing. So much better than the original, even. This has really been my Jean Michel Jarre year, I feel, I’ve bought and listened to just about every one of his albums, been to his concert, watched the Oxygene documentary on TV, been to his website a dozen times in hopes of him coming to Oslo once again to play, and even cursed like a sailor when I found out he isn’t. Heck, I even signed up on his mailing list just to get a free Oxygene V live MP3. Which by the way is awesome as heck.
Television this Christmas is, apparently, pretty awesome as there’s a lot of great movies on. Can’t wait to see Notting Hill, the first Harry Potter movie, Disney cartoons, and even the good old Norwegian classics.
I don’t even like Harry Potter, but the first one is a must around Christmas. Iunno why.
